I checked my server backup archive and found a version which was zipped on July 3 2012. Hope this works for you.

Sometimes players couldn't shoot any grenade after they had changed grenade type several times. This issue happens from time to time so players must find another grenade launcher to get rid of this issue.

Would be nice if you could change the menu trigger to the middle mouse instead. Typing the command on chat is kinda unconvenient
