to help you we need to see your amxx.cfg settings. maybe you have set redirect_hidedown to 1 and the other server for some reason can't be reached on a network level? make sure you set redirect_hidedown to 0 for testing.

and please check whether your server list file is valid by loading and saving it through xServerList, afterwards upload it back to the server.

and as Mordekay said we really need you to check for any errors in the amxx log files (that's what they're there for).
