any of them will not be punished

Oh, I suggested you to register text with quote chars, but this cause bug which you spotted. I added removing quotes from registering text and it works when using "" too.

i have a major suggestion , i know some servers have plugin to bind to a specific button adverstmen t like for example "bind z "say www.site.com; radio1" " you could make if you could to check player all butten binds and discover if he has any adverstment binds to filter it.

I mean dynamic array. It will allow you to not be bothered with limitations. People can be register an unlimited number of exceptions. See cellarray.inc, if you are interested.
