Ok, so for whoever gets this error. In these comments are some fixes for it. However, you will spend a lot of time looking for a few comments with files in them to find the right fixes for you. I've gathered what fixed for me on sourcemod 1.8.
If you are running sourcemod 1.8 this is for you. I've also included Custom Chat Colors in the attachments because I believe almost everyone is here because of it. Unfortunately for not csgo server owners, in these custom colors files you are going to find Mitchel's csgo fix which works only for csgo I suppose. So if you're looking for another game, download the original plugin, it will work just fine.
These fixes are not done by me, I just collected them from these many comments and they worked for me. I suppose they should work for you too.
is there a list for the 13 or 14 colors that the store supports? blue green etc all works and there is only 10 pre made titles which does not show all the colors so, which ones does the store come with?

this one doesn't even support RED colors. from the title that comes with the plugin, neither Pink or black. or red. hmm, and no color list, and i tried 14 different colors so far and there's just 230 left to test right.
and why cant i find it in the Store SP or includes list about the colors. thats the odd thing, should been able to see it in the SP file, like the morecolors.inc right?
when the plugin breaks the standard colors used in the standard titles the store comes with, there's gotta be a different one that supports the right colors? no? why is nobody questionining this, its like they updated and their colors are working perfectly or something. wierd
