Note: this plugin has issues and currently is only for novelty's sake. However unlikely it may crash your client and/or server.

I know this is an old post, but I saw some unanswered requests for similar plugin.


Is there anyone who could fix the bugs in this one or maybe create a fresh one from scratch ?

I'm sure it's not only me that is looking for this stuff so it would be grately appreciated =]

as i've been unable to replicate any of the bugs reported with v1.1.3 i can't figure out what's going wrong.

and sorry but i have neither time nor motivation to re-write the entire plugin.

I'm having some trouble getting this to work on my server. Can somebody please explain the steps necessary? I have already copied the script to the hidden/addons/sourcemod/plugins directory on the server.

Thanks for taking the time to help me with this. The plugin description says it allows "admins" to spectate. How do I make someone an admin on my server? Do I need to use "hsm_hdnspec_access [char]" for that?

The access var is used to set the admin level requirement. The default(?) value 'c' means any admin with kick abilities can use it. Setting it to blank "" allows everyone access. It should work natively for those with access. As you cycle through the living players you'll eventually end up watching the hidden. It's worth noting that due to engine limitations your camera title will not show the hidden's name. It uses a surveillance camera title.

Setting the variable fixed this. Finally after a year of playing this mod every lunchtime we can spectate the Hidden
