Well...this here is a community of coders...so if you want plugins made for your servers, why don't you ask in suggestions/requests?

Unless you want them to be private, but I hate to break it to you, but nothing like that is free, you gotta cough up dough to the coder.

I'm not too sure exactly what you would even need that for anyway, as most plugins your clients would want/need are already here on these boards.

Im looking for staff members to administrate the community along with us. The only type of experience we really need is AMXX coding then thats pretty much it.

We have PHP, Java, CSS, HTML, Server Specialists, Website Managers & Graphic designers, were done with everything besides tuning & fixing up our game servers.

If the first thing you ask for is $, I doubt you know the meaning of "community".

You don't seem to understand that in running a business nothing is free, especially administrating servers and coding plugins for servers. That takes time, effort, and code.

This "Community" you seem to want to make seems to be centered around making others do things for your company so your bottom line sits better...or did I miss something?

The staff will get administrative access on our servers and some of our posessions. Most people have to pay for that...

I dont think you really understand the meaning of a community, its not a company that makes profit for themselves.
A community is a place where people come together and hangout, and respect eachother, I mean think of this, wouldnt someone love to be an administrator on this community?

What you are posting in right now is a community, a non-profit coding organization. To me, what you are attempting to do is get cheap services in return for admin and "possessions."

And if you are running a business, aren't you in the market to make money, i.e. a profit for yourself and your staff? If you aren't, you are going to have a VERY short lived business.

Tell me, what is this "Community" you are envisioning? Because so far it sounds more like a server-provider business who uses others work in exchange for free administrative access/cheap 1.6 servers, so, once again, your bottom line stays pretty.
