I was wondering if it was possible to colorize the sourcemod menu system using an INC.
For example maybe blue items to represent disabled instead of grey

Would be awesome if we could though D: haha. Maybe it would be possible to create a custom server side menu that just adds the required visuals to downloads table. Probably be quite hard to make something like that though and not really worth it just to change some colours.

It would be a waste of server resources when the game already has a working menu currently. You'd be re-inventing the wheel to add 'some' new functionality.

Menus on a client without plugins use white for selected items and grey for non-selectable items. Sourcemod uses orange for selectable items. How is sourcemod using the color orange for selected items?

No clue. SourceMod just sends a usermessage and doesn't include color information in it.

Yeah not really worth it just to change a few menu colours.
