people, anyone knows a free hosting with mysql? i tried 000webhost, but this plugin says: SQL Error: Can't connect to MySQL server (10060) (2003)

maybe the hosting does not allow this plugin or i don't know.. help please!

as far as i know there are no free hoster where you can use MySQL...
