I have an overrides file on my server and no commands seem to be able to be overwritten.
I'm not sure if this spacing or not, but here is the list that doesnt seem to work.

Are you using SourceBans or not ?

Any errors in SM logs ?

Dump admincache and show us, in server console or using rcon
sm_dump_admcache
Then look file from your server ...addons/sourcemod/data/admin_cache_dump.txt
