I think there's no way to block +showscores.
I guess it's handled client side.

IN_SCORE button is just used client side too. I have to check client dll to see how it's handled.

You don't understand, by saying it's possible doesn't help him at all. What you do is just spamming. So, instead of spamming simply provide the code or a concrete way to show him clearly how to do what he asks. It should not be hard for you, isn't it.

if he asked "can i replace hud sprites for hp and ap and everything" the i'd answer "no" and tell to gtfo and to stop asking this any further

now he can go straight to "scripting help" section, so can you, and continue motivating others for doing things for you
