FF2 Bosses summons minions to the wrong team

I'm having an issue where any boss that summons minions will respawn them on the wrong team (they show up on blue for a fraction of a second before being swapped to red)

This appears to happen with ALL summon plugins

Anything obvious that i'm missing?

This may be caused by another plugin using TF2_RegeneratePlayer() upon spawning which causes minions to reset the non-boss team.

Any plugins in particular you would know of? My server has dozens of these plugins

I know the Physics Gun has that function (talked about it here). Hopefully in the future there's a work around to this.

guess i'll be going on a wild plugin hunt to figure out which ones doing it.

It was the plugin tf2classspeed that was the problem

Hello! I've experienced this issues yesterday, and after a bit of search i've found this topic which was very useful!

After a bit of plugin hunting, i've found that also the invisfix plugin which fixes invisible weapons uses of TF2_RegeneratePlayer at player_spawn event, which makes the minions spawned switch teams the moment they spawn.

I've made a fix for the plugin, making it work with the "teamplay_round_start" so it doesn't conflict with the minions spawning or anything similar in the future, i'll post it on the original invisfix post.

Also, i've recently made a plugin that does the same as tf2classpeed, and doesn't use of TF2_RegeneratePlayer if you wanna give it a try Muggums
