ShadowKat: I could not reproduce this on my test setup. Is it the latest DoD:S+SRCDS, Metamod:Source? What operating system is it? Is it a dedicated, steam menu, or listen server?

Austin: If you use Windows 2003 you should be aware of DEP. There's a small possibility it might be interefering with MM:S. Read about it and how to control it here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/875352

Sorry to say, but I still got problems:

plugin_print
Loaded plugins:
---------------------
0: "StatsXS v0.5.1c, CounterStrike Source Stats. Copyright 2005 XAD."
1: "Cvarblock Server Plugin 0.1.2- by bi0"
2: "ClanMatchPlugin 1.1.0.5d, Roger Devil"
---------------------
meta version
Metamod:Source version 1.1.1
Compiled on: Oct 22 2005
Plugin interface version: 7:7
SourceHook version: 4
http://www.sourcemm.net/
meta load addons/bat/bin/bat_mm
L 12/06/2005 - 07:58:51: All hooks started!
./srcds_run: line 344: 5816 Speicherzugriffsfehler $HL_CMD
Add "-debug" to the ./srcds_run command line to generate a debug.log to help with solving this problem
Di Dez 6 07:58:51 CET 2005: Server restart in 10 seconds

Same crash occurs if I try to load bat via metaplugins.ini

Edit: Sorry, forgot: Linux dedicated.

Regards

Yes latest DOD:S + srcds, metamod:source 1.1.2 (just tried your new one tonight in hopes I would get a different result but it is the same) with BeetlesMod v1.0.1.59BetaW1. Fakeclient is currently commented out.

Day of Defeat: Source
Map: dod_flash
Players: 1 / 24
Build 2566
Server Number 1
COM_CheckGameDirectory: game directories don't match (dod / bin)
Netchannel: failed processing message svc_ServerInfo.

Windows Dedicated Server
steam.inf:
PatchVersion=1.0.0.2
ProductName=dod
appID=300

As long as I don't try and enable metamod, beetles mod will work fine. I even tried disabling beetles mod and only running metamod 1.1.2 Still get the above error. Is there any other configuration or information I can provide to help? Or is there anyone else out there having issues running metamod on a DOD:S server? I rent the server so I do not have full access to it so there is always the possibility that it was updated "weirdly" or in some way is not completely correct. I am totally open to suggestions or options to try and get this to work.

I officially cannot reproduce this and I do not want to delay 1.2 to debug it on your system.

Please contact me over e-mail or IRC, or PM me over the forums and I can give you special debug binaries to figure out why this is happening.
