[Solved] How to make mp3 to play [SOLVED][HOW I SOLVED?]

Hello, got some problem in server. When I put wav as an game sounds it plays correctly, but when I use mp3 it doesn't play. I'm currently using Debian 9 and this problem didn't encounter in windows hosted servers.

Just wondering if it's linux problem or the file is large so it can't be played.

theres no problem with OS builds, your problem is either on the sound file or plugin, post your code and resource

You may wondering why I upload it to mediafire... simply because the file is over 9 MB and the forum upload limit for zips are only >9 MB.

Ok, problem solved:

How do I solved?
Well, I did check my CS Client settings if something is not right on volume settings, and I do found my mp3 volume was on lowest. I do turn set it on lowest cause I'm getting, spammed with other servers with an mp3 plugin and they play porno sounds. And I don't want to hear it again.
