It would be VERY helpful if:
1. These issues could be reported as soon as you experience them, rather than waiting for someone else to report it and then deciding to say "oh yeah, this has been happening to me for a while now, but I didn't decide to tell the person who can fix it!".
2. Someone actually followed my instructions and gave me the output of sm plugins list so I can rule out any external plugin conflicts.

I'm getting rather annoyed at consistently asking for bug reports and not receiving any, only to find out right after the update is released that people didn't decide to report anything and are now angry that FF2 isn't working.

One of your subplugins is bugged. Try removing it, the subplugin's name is in the log (ff2_death.ff2)

For anyone affected by the round-not-starting bug, please try out this version (and ensure that ff2_arena_rounds is 0). We are now more conservative when blocking team-joining commands.

Tried using this version, tried setting ff2_arena_rounds to "0", neither works.

Actually, I went to his server and yes, the round can't start UNTIL I entered autoteam in console

Please don't use the mp_humans_must_join_team cvar, this will break FF2 round start! Set the cvar back to "any".
