No one is going to decompile a plugin for you. Just explain what the plugin does, maybe someone will write it for you.

This plugin If you put say /hackmdr2 the server into shutdown

The addition of one of my friends added to me JAIL BREAK MOD with this Plugin to work for My server Crash

Now that you delete Plugin ,Mod does not work please help me ...

You can't attach .amxx file on this forum.
Why don't you use public jail plugins ?
