As you might have noticed, this release cycle is being done differently from the rest.

1.76 will continue to be updated with bug fixes only for the next month or so. This means that we won't be seriously looking at features for a while. You are still free to post them but they won't get replied to (or if they do, you won't see any immediate commit).

Our goal is to make 1.76 as rock-solid as possible before moving on. Thus, any sort of crashes at all will get the highest priority. There will most likely be a 1.76b and 1.76c. Each of these iterations will be distributed as upgrades against 1.76, not 1.76a.

The next full release is 1.77 and work on it will not start until sometime in November, as our release trend this year seems to be a release every two months or so.

If you have any questions feel free to ask, unless your question is "when does version <X> come out?"

I believe this topic should be either a bit updated or at least unsticked, because with the current info they are here it's a bit outdated to be still as sticky... ;)
