Hello,

I've started seeing intermittent errors ever since the Gun Mettle Update. Specifically, errors like this have started appearing after successful votebans:

L 07/06/2015 - 21:11:25: SourceMod error session started
L 07/06/2015 - 21:11:25: Info (map "ctf_turbine") (file "errors_20150706.log")
L 07/06/2015 - 21:11:25: [SM] Native "ReadPackString" reported: DataPack operation is out of bounds.
L 07/06/2015 - 21:11:25: [SM] Displaying call stack trace for plugin "sourcebans.smx":
L 07/06/2015 - 21:11:25: [SM]   [0]  Line 1070, sourcebans.sp::VerifyInsert()

When that error occurs, the voteban has gone through, but the player is not removed from the server (the ban DOES appear in the database/webpanel, though).

Just FYI - this has also caused votebans to stop working.
