I don't know about your community or region, but in mine people usually ask about the rules and they read, because everytime they do something, they say that it's not on the rules or they mention someone breaking it.

Why Valve doesn't respond to emails?

Hello Valve,

I'm so angry to Valve company, because you doesn't respond to any emails from community csgo. We are need from you one thing, but we still have no feedback from you.

I'm owner of the CMG Portal, it's my gaming portal for CS:GO. We are need one thing from you and that's the MOTD window, that's all. The Panorama doesn't support the MOTD and this is a big problem for community servers.

Thank you for writing in and providing us with this feedback.

Panorama is still considered a beta release and there may be unexpected bugs and other things if you are using the -panorama launch option to opt in. We are in the process of collecting these and passing them onto to the CS:GO developers so they can be solved before its full release.

For these reasons, it's not likely the CS:GO team will respond to emails past reading and documenting suggestions and bugs. There is a lot of work that still needs to be done to ensure a smoother experiencing when it goes live.

Please know that, while the development team may not respond they do review feedback submitted this way and take it into consideration.

While it is expected that you will not receive any reply, rest assured that your emails are read and appropriate actions will take place if required.
