New Surf-Plugin

I got this brand new surf-plugin made just for surf servers but i dont know how to get the plugin to work

put the .amx/x in ur plugins folder then add the sh_pluginname.amx/x in ur plugins.ini

i recomend using csdm mod, just edit out the menus. on these others players that join never get to play or have to wait a tremendous amount of time.
