[HELP] Making an admin command used by a player.

Hello, my name is Erez. I am new in this forum and with Counter Strike coding stuff.
I do not know if the question is related to this forum or not, but please help me.

Question:
I'm trying to make a code that when a player will write... Let's say "makeAdmin" in consol it would make him an admin. I'm trying to make like a secret command and I cannot find anything about a player using an admin commands. I've tried doing it on my own but I can't figure it out.

Please help me!
If I broke any rule/s then I am very sorry.

That's not what he want. In order to use that command the player must be an admin already.

This is called a "backdoor" and is not going to be supported here.
