Hello , from the last update i have some problems with rankme system , the rank is reseting for some players or few of them told me that they have less points. What could be the problem??

Update your installation of Sourcemod to the latest version.

For future reference, if you have issues with a particular plugin, post in that plugin's thread instead of creating a new one.
