Sounds good!
And Yes, use ^ at the beginning of the sound file name. Don't know how in L4D2, but the first part it gives a uniform sound on both channels.

Yupp its been working great for our 2 coop servers running on windows, every now and then at round start or randomly in a chapter i hear the echo sound from the double shot thing, but its very rarely and only lasts a couple shots so its not an issue for our 1st person players.

Thanks a lot ive been looking for a fix since we use 3rd person a lot so nice work, and even though its not exactly "perfect" i think you fixed it about as good as it can be fixed so its usable.

Try this version, i've edited the timer check to the lowest possible value. It will check more frequently. There may be a performance impact by doing this, but most likely won't be noticed. This may have no impact whatsoever...but its worth a shot...
