Yup. Maybe it is the new whitelist.cfg file?
I think you have the old whitelist in the vpk.

Edit: Tried to include the new whitelist.cfg with acception for the folders, but I don't know how the new file works.
Hope you can solve it.

If anyone can understand the new whitelist.cfg were we need to allow both files from pak01.vpk and from scripts and missions folder.

As you can see, everytime I start the server it tries to read the old whitelist.cfg from the vpk.

yeah that previous whitelist never really worked... now that the whitelist does work, its checking consistency for all those files...
Try my vpk on the previous page... I was "thinking ahead" of the last update...
should work fine...

if it works for you guys, you can add to yer first page. Give creds to dani too. ;)

The whitelist.cfg allows servers to check for consistency on game files...
so far, only the three pak01_dir.vpk files and the steam.inf are checked.
This was done, I presume, to prevent players from editing the original pak files...
and perhaps curb some hacks/exploits [and legit stuff like custom menus, ect].

Edit: also the files packed in pak02_dir dont work in update folder i have tested it my self maybe i can add them to addon support paks
