+karma for kind of helping. I know a plugin that makes it so that if you say /boost, it gives you a boost when you reach a certain speed. (Btw, this is a surf server.) So I want to make a menu out of it, because if you type /boost, then there is a message saying "Boost [ON]". So how do I make it a menu, because I want to add more boosts. Like 1 = Small boost. 2 = Regular boost. Etc.

How do you know what commands there are and what each command does. Is there a list or is it all by memory?

I see a little "me" in "you" , you want to help people . But when you do , please make shure you understand it yourself . lets start with part 2 , its like G-Dog said . I mean you do "new money = cs_get_user_money" and then what we give him his steroids ... what about checking if his money is more then the price you need to pay .

And ofcoarse "get_pcvar_num(price)" instead of just "price"

I will re-write these tutorials soon. These were done fast because I had a few people on AIM needing beginner help.
