If FTP access is the only access you have, you can't change the server time.

Janet, he's out of luck anyway because he wants his server to respond with the client's time for each client. If he just wanted to change the time reported by the server, he could edit the (I believe) timeleft.sma file and add or substract the appropriate number of hours from the server's time (taking into account boundary checking).
