Hello, i want to establish a counter-strike community and am eager to invest in it.The basis for this counter-strike community will be sharing players among servers.I want to put a xredirect in each server that redirects the extra players to a redirect platform that redirects itself the players to a list of servers from my community based on a percentage.
The reason why i want it like this is because i want to give each server redirected players according to the forum activity etc. i will have some contests and such,i will have lots of high traffic and quality servers and i need the following xredirect plugin for the platform:

It has to have a ini file where i can put a list of servers ips and ports each with it's own percentage (not hundred pctile, but thousand pctile because i do not know how much it will grow and the hundred pctile might get in the way later on).
For example:
54.59.54.89:27015 130
25.19.45.75:27015 48
etc.

where 130 and 48 represent 130/1000 and 48/1000 procentages.
The xredirect must redirect the players random but according or aproximately to these percentages.

-the xredirect plugin must query every X seconds every server from the ini list to check if one or more of them are full or offline.When it finds full/offline servers it must redirect players only to the servers that are left which are not offline/full.
It also must be able to recalculate the procentages from the list by itself.
For example if the initial ini list is this one:
45.45.45.45:27015 300
15.25.25.25:27015 500
75.52.25.25:27015 100
19.68.51.43:27015 100
And after the query the plugin sees that 15.25.25.25:27015 is offline and 75.52.25.25 is full 32/32 , the recalculated procentage
of the first server: 45.45.45.45:27015 which had 300/1000, will be 300/400 , thus 750/1000 and for the last server it will be 100/400 thus 250/1000.
I must be able to set the X seconds between the queries manually inside the ini file with the server list, for each server.The reason is
because i might have servers with weak hosting and the lag might increase due to a frequent query.
So this is it, i really need it to make a big counter-strike community.I already tried the other xredirect you have here on allied mods but it lacks the percentage thing.
Hope someone can make it.I am willing to pay for it ,only to get it done.It wouldn't be much of a hassle for a PRO amxmodx programmer.
