Hello,
I want a plugin which can run veto system through motd,for example if a player is chosen as a captain (from admin menu or from a .cfg file) gets access to a command !veto . There are 2 captains in total . After they both type !veto a knife round initiates and the winner gets to decide from menu (first to pick / second to pick) then in motd the selection process starts and only captains can ban and chose. I m ready to pay for this if anyone is interested in completing this project

I can probably make this without the motd part.
This would mostly go through menus then, but before I can go in more details I would need more info.
