Description
Add a tag in the say to the members of the clan.

-To add members to put the user's steamid ---- > configs/members_clan.ini

Cvars
clan_tag <0/1> - 1: Plugin enabled, 0: Plugin off
clan_saytag "[Member Clan]" - Sets the tag that is added to the clan member say

Plugin is redundant and you should use get_players instead of looping with get_maxplayers.

I can't see anything useful here...

Would be cool if any player can create his own clan and add/delete members. Each clan could have a private chat room, as in any MMORPG game... (I don't know if it's already done).
