Hi all,

That will sound like a stupid question, but I am really new to this stuff. Please bear with me .
Would compiling a .sp on a windows machine using compile.exe, and compiling the same .sp on a linux machine using compile.sh, give you the same .smx in the end ? (assuming sourcemod version is the same on both linux/windows)

cheers.

Yep, there should not be difference.
You can compile source file *.sp on your Windows desktop and move compiled plugin *.smx in your Linux server, example.

Thanks Bacardi.

Yes, that's what I try to do : compiling on a windows machine and moving the resulting smw to a linux server. Some plugins need .inc files, and therefore I can't use the compiler on the website.
