So a few days ago Valve updated tf2 to support 100 players.

Added -unrestricted_maxplayers to raise the maxplayer count to 100 (feature is unsupported and not recommended)

I am curious if anyone tried setting this up a server yet? Also I heard from a youtube video that there is a config for 100 players from a "matercoms". Anyone know about this mastercoms or a config?

I have privately with bots, it runs okay you will have crashes every now and then due to the edict limit being reached (I heard its getting increased some time in the future though). For SourceMod the latest public release should already work fine and support it but for custom plugins you have to make sure that it supports 100 players or recompile it yourself with up-to-date SM include files.

Anyone know about this mastercoms or a config?

Probably talking about this GitHub repo, its specifically made for what the author thinks is good for 100 player CTF as far as I know so you may wanna go through the config and adjust it.

I always seem to crash just by having this launch option and default meta and sourcemod installed in a windows srcds. I wonder if it's because I have it installed locally.
Edit: it only crashes if i set maxplayers to above 64 with sourcemod installed?
Edit: I wasn't running the new dev SM which fixes maxplayers for -unrestricted_maxplayers. The more you know...
