Well I copied and pasted that into my console so far nothing seems to go wrong but I changed developer to 0 because it really irrates me =P.

My problem is that you have like all your rate shit over the max that it should be. I mean seriously fps_max 999 anything over like 200 you will start seeing things mess up. Then having your rate at 99999999 is stupid it only lets you use up to 25000 anyway. I think you are retarded and that is your problem.
