As far as i know it is client side and there isn't anything to do about it. But i searched about it long time ago, so i am not sure.

This has been wanted by many many people over the years but it's not really a priority for Valve to even consider adding the ability to change it.

That is client-side so it has no use here since this community is about server-side modifications.
