im no expert but it seems like you have mixed versions of amx..

Move admin_slash to the bottom of the list in plugins.ini it makes things like
"/rank" go through as amx_rank, it's a crazy useful plugin for lazy people and pretty much my favorite but it's gotta go at the bottom of the list so it doesn't have negative effects on the other plugins.
