Wanted to create a script for jailbreak, basically if they do not move for 30 seconds on terrorists they will die, for being in the cells. Is this possible?

you really shouldn't double post. if a question goes unanswered for a few days and your still having trouble, you can try "bumping" your original thread.

and yes, it is possible. for instance, you can store a players position in the map (see GetClientAbsOrigin) in an array each time they spawn. then, after your timer has lapsed, compare their current position to the one you stored. if it hasn't changed, slay!!!

you could look at the source code for the various afk plugins already available to get an idea.
