Any possible way to draw hud text in CSS?

I just need to be able to write text to the top-right-hand side of the screen .

i maked this file for my mod tremulous...
i finded info about this from old post of this forum...anyway u must make all clients download this file with thier own hand....

oh when u use this, remove .cfg from file name
it was just added cuz forum upload page has blocked to upload .res file
