Just thought of something. Check your bspconvarlists, by default bot_quota is set to 1. Maybe if you delete the entry completely, bots will not get added at all?

bot_quota 0
bot_quota_mode fill
bot_join_after_player 1

Hm I have a problem. Bots only joins after a player joins. Im using your cvars and I tripplechecked it all in console. Also tried running without any plugins except this with same results and no bots even joins without Sourcemod either.. Its like bot_join_after_player is not working :S

Plugin doesn't work properly, Bots get kicked and join all the time. anyone have a fix for this since I still have the problem with bot_quota_mode fill

Seems to work, but many times the plugins kicks 2 bots, then 2 come back, 2 get kicked, and so on.

I wrote a simple plugin that solved this issue for me on my ffa dm server(round never ends). Whenever a player joins, a bot is kicked until real players are greater than bot_quota. Make sure bot_quota_mode is normal
