Any model will work, however only certain models can be resized
However the model should have a collision box, and should be centered at 0,0

That has to do with an invalid model path (model missing from designated path) or the model is broken due to modifications.
Since you posted this issue in my plugin thread you should give me what you set your "c4_model" is set.
