Hi,
do you know is it surely plugin bug, or it could be a game/map bug?

Spamming:

ERROR: Tried to SetParentAttachment for entity light_dynamic (light_dynamic), but it has no attachment named grenade.
ERROR: Tried to SetParentAttachment for entity prop_dynamic (diesel_p4), but it has no attachment named Medkit.

Map bug, or plugin.

First maybe "Flashlight Package" plugin of mine. Which Survivor character does it occur with? Possibly the model being used doesn't have all the attachment points causing this error, I know that's been an issue over the years where models are not based on latest versions or simply missing attachment points others use.

Actually you can check if you successfully attached entity for some attachment.

It is possible. We have using several custom survivors models.
