Meow Meow: / Plugin Description:
Meow. Meow. Meow. / With this plugin admins with kick access are allowed to say /spec or /aspec and thus be switched to Advanced Spectate Mode. They will not be able to harm other players, be harmed by other players, or touch other players. They also look like a VIP and have a ghostly glow on them. Alive players cannot see advance spectators.

Meow Meow: / Additional Help:
Meow. The admin access and spectators model can be changed with the defines at the top of the sma. The admin model can also be enabled/disabled at the top of the sma.

Meows: / Commands:

amx_aspec <@TEAM | #userid | name> - forces player(s) to aspec

Meows: / Cvars:

aspec_visible < 1 | 0 > - can alive players see players in aspec ( 1-yes, 0-no )
aspec_semiclip < 1 | 0 > - should players in aspec have semiclip ( 1-yes, 0-no )

in my honest opinion this plugin is pretty pointless, but maybe it would be fun to mess around with this plugins + creepy custom models

i would suggest using something other than /spec altogether since amx_super already uses it and probably some other plugins do too...like this new spec thing for example: http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=64340
