Good evening ... I have a question, can you create a plugin that works like the "ban by ip" but this ban the first numbers of it? I understand that if you ban the prefix, everyone who starts with it would be banned .. but I'm looking at that this person who enters my server to chitear has a prefix that I don't usually see .. I'm honestly tired of this .. haha.

This is unnecessary. Simply ban by SteamID.

It is not possibly .. on my server I use double protocol, I do not leave anyone out, the bad thing is the hacks, but with what the original cs is worth we are in the same.

Your problem is caused by the dual protocol support therefore the solution is to remove the dual protocol support.
