Failed to compile?

Sorry, this plugin failed to compile!
You should try notifying the author so they can fix this.

Anyone else have this problem when ever they try to get plugins? So far this has happened when I tried to get the silence for squeaky doors and weapons arena....

Shade, in your addons/amxmodx folder is a folder called scripting. You place all .smas in this folder, then run the compile application. You will get a dos window telling you if it compiled or not, if it compiled it will tell you to hit anykey to close window and you will find the plugin in your compiled folder. To make it easier, I removed all the default .smas from the scripting folder.

He's talking about the online compiler, I haven't tried it.

No no no no. I am talking about when I try to dl the file from this site I get that error message...lol but thanks for the other help anyway.

Yeah I know what your talking about, Im talking about simply downloading the source and compile it yourself. Sometimes the online compiler doesnt work very well and you will get that error. Thats why I just compile all my plugins myself.
