This error is old but I don't solve following threads on this site
My server seems works good but sometimes I receive Fatal Error because there is some conflict when some player enter in hl for some maps
looking LOG i see that problem is about statx and derivates.
I read many threads about this error but seems don't solve for me.
I don't know if there is some version wrong of some files because cfg files seems good
I install this Statsx Shell 1.2.1 - download file from here

I re.install (simply extracted) also Counter-Strike Addon

For the moment my situation is this and this is very frustrating sometimes to see Fatal error due this error.
P.S: I don't understand why Mapchooser is stopped
