That doesn't even make sense. That would not be a tutorial, that would be a plugin request. If you want to write your own, look at existing plugins that do the same thing.

If you want to learn how to make that, search for a level plugin, learn how to do it from it's code

And why make an existing plugin, I don't get it why people do that, editing is way more easier and costs less time
