I have modded both of the admin file base and the admin mysql base.
This allows users to do amx_password <password>
It will set admin if they have it. They will continue to have admin even after they change map.

Question:
What level would the amx_password give the "Admin" is that every level? Or what? Configurable?

It will give them whatever access lvl you have specified in the user.ini or the mysql DB.
