Description: After ten second played in server, player can see hud message with his statistics. If is admins connect to the server, after five seconds admin can see hud welcome message.

Attach the source in your post, so peoples will be able to get amxx file too. Also, how it this supposed to be useful ?

For me this is completly useless, not saying that it's badly coded( you are not closing nvault in plugin_end, you are not checking for invalid handler and maybe more ).

Redundant, poorly coded, doesn't serve really a purpose. Please read rules, make quality plugins, don't just release simple plugin just for the sake of releasing because you know ho to code a bit.
