hi can anyone tell me what is the difference between admins in cs 1.6 (VIP admin, Ordinary Admin...) Thank you.

VIP admin = the flags you set for that admin
Ordinary admin = the flags you set for that admin
Full admin = the flags you set for that admin
Test admin = the flags you set for that admin
Extra admin = the flags you set for that admin
Lady admin = the flags you set for that admin
Princess admin = the flags you set for that admin
Pencil admin = the flags you set for that admin

The default admin of AMXMODX is named 'loopback'. It's an example how an admin is created.

It's not "named" loopback. Loopback is synonymous to 127.0.0.1 or localhost. Just clarifying.
