I was wondering whether there are any de-facto scripting helper libraries that are commonly used when writing plugins? For example, I'd started writing some utilities for my own use (eg. common plugin admin tasks), but if anything like this already exists then it'd be easier for me to make use of it instead.

A lot of people use smlib (Sourcemod Library). There are a few others as well. Many users have their own includes they've made as well.
