[CS:GO] Time Based Noblock [Request]

Hallo,

i am on to set up a jailbreak server for CS:GO.
Its hard to find good Plugin. One thing i cant find in any way i would like it is a plugin to toggle NoBlock with a command a user could use.

I would be very happy if someone could create a plugin, with which a CT (should be only for CTs because Ts may abuse it) can turn off the collision with other players, and it turns back on after 5-10 seconds.

I would be very happy if someone would help me with this.
I tried to create this on my own but failed because i have no experience with Pyton.
