Play a sound and print a message when a client defined by his SteamID connects

Installation

• Drag the contents of the .zip inside your csgo/ folder.
• Modify the csgo/addons/configs/announcementsteamID.txt file.

// SteamIDs must be in STEAM_1:X:YYYYYYYYY format (SteamID32)
// Don't include Sound folder in the Sound path

Nice plugin, Tested on my L4D2 and CSGO server and it works great.
