the trick to get FastDL to work is using the exact same folderpath on your downloadhoster as in your server

if the maps on your server are located in <yourserver\csgo\maps> then you have to create a folder in your downloadhoster you use <downloadhoster\csgo\maps> and use that path as sv_downloadurl

(compressing the map files to bz2 using 7-zip works only for the maps in the downloadhoster, in your server you need to have the original map files [.bsp/.nav] the bz2 archieves are used to have smaller file sizes which can boost the downloading speed of the map and/or other files such as sounds, models etc.)

My fastdl isn't working either.
If i type "Sv_downloadurl" in the console i get this

I typed only this http://194.14.207.78/ in my browser and i see folder fastdl. In folder fastdl i see folder maps and sounds.

I think you must add http://194.14.207.78/fastdl/ in you server.cfg.

hey guys, i got a problem too..

i wanna setup my fastdl for custom sounds, ive heard csgo uses sound/music now?

on my fastdl server the sounds are right? does it matter if the sound files are .mp3 or .mp3.bz2 on fastdl? on server ofcourse .mp3

ingame console says "cant create mixer" blabla...
